LEXINGTON, Ky. (Tuesday, August 19, 2014) – The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) will host its next legislative briefing open to industry stakeholders and other interested parties Thursday in the Del Mar Turf Club Director’s Room, immediately following the day’s last race (approximately 5:45 p.m. PDT).
