On Sunday, “60 Minutes” will present a feature segment on jockey Rosie Napravnik in advance of her bid to become the first female rider to win the Kentucky Derby.

“60 Minutes” airs on the CBS Television Network and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET.  The segment will be hosted by correspondent Bob Simon.

Napravnik is scheduled to ride Louisiana Derby runner-up Mylute in the first jewel of the Triple Crown on May 4 at Churchill Downs. The “60 Minutes” feature is called “Rosie's Run for the Roses.”

The Napravnik segment is one of two nationally televised programs to feature profiles of key horse racing figures during the next five days.

On Wednesday, May 1, the new program “60 Minutes Sports” will run a profile of 2012 Kentucky Derby-winning trainer Doug O’Neill, to be hosted by correspondent Armen Keteyian.  “60 Minutes Sports” airs on Showtime on May 1 at 9 p.m. ET.
