The NTRA Board consists of 15 members and is comprised of seven racetrack directors, seven owner/horsemen's association directors and the CEO. Four of the seven racetrack seats were designated for Churchill Downs Incorporated, Keeneland Association, Magna Entertainment Corp. and New York Racing Association.
The other three track seats are designated as Independent Track Seats representing tracks not owned or controlled by Multi-Track Members and divided into three geographic regions: East, Midwest and West.
The horsemen director seats consist of representatives from Breeders' Cup Limited (2), The Jockey Club, TOBA, Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association, Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association and Thoroughbred Owners of California. |
